The following analysis proves that election data followed an algorithm.

CONVERGENCE

In voting data sets, curves converge.

Example of convergence, data flattens over time.

NON-CONVERGANCE

Example of non-convergence, data continues to change over time.  Highly suspect.

MICHIGAN

Out of eighty-six counties in Michigan, top four counties analyzed
  • Oakland County
  • Macomb County
  • Kent County
  • Wayne County

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In three major counties analyzed, Trump's margin was reduced by a minimum of 138,000 votes.  This "transfer" was done by a computer algorithm, MORE in Republican based precincts, less in Democrat based precincts.

TWO TYPES OF VOTING IN MICHIGAN

Each precinct tracks a voter as casting Individual Candidate Vote or Straight Party Vote

Individual Candidate Voting
  • Vote for Biden or Trump presidential candidate
  • ie: Vote for candidate A or candidate B
Straight Party Voting
  • Vote all Republican; or
  • Vote all Democrat

TWO TYPES OF VOTING AT A PRECINCT - EXAMPLE

Example shows how Straight Party method and Individual Candidate method totals combine.

200 Total Voters Go to a Precinct
100 Voters, Vote Straight Party Method
  • 60 votes for Republican candidates (60% R)
  • 40 votes for Democrat candidates (40% D)
100 Voters, Vote Individual Candidate Method
  • 65 votes for Trump (65% Trump)
  • 35 votes for Biden (35% Biden)
Total Vote Counts
  • 125 (60+65) votes Trump (62.5%)
  • 75 (40+35) votes Biden (37.5%)

OUR ANALYSIS

Compare for a County By Each Precinct
  • Republican Straight Party Votes
  • Direct Trump Individual Candidate Votes
Plotting on a Graph
  • x-axis: Republican Straight Party (RSP) Vote Percentages (%)
  • y-axis: Difference of %Trump Individual Candidate Votes minus %RSP votes
Consider This Case
  • 60% Republican Straight Party Votes
  • 65% Trump Individual Candidate Votes
Plotting
  • (x-axis: 60%; y-axis: {65% - 60%})
  • ie: (x-axis: 60%; y-axis: 5%)

PRECINCT PLOTTING - REPUBLICAN PRECINCT

(Every Blue Dot is a Precinct)

Example Shows Republican Vote % and Trump Vote minus Straight Party Vote % in a Republican Precinct (60% Republican).
  • x-axis: Republican Straight Party Vote % = 60%
  • y-axis: Trump Individual Candidate Vote minus Straight Party Vote % = 5% (65% - 60%)

PRECINCT PLOTTING - DEMOCRAT PRECINCT

Example shows Republican Vote % and Trump Vote minus Straight Party Vote % in a Democrat Precinct (12% Republican).
  • x-axis: Republican Straight Party Vote % = 7%
  • y-axis: Trump Individual Candidate Vote minus Straight Party Vote % = 5% (12%-7%)

IN NORMAL CASE - EXAMPLE

Expect to see Republicans voting close to zero line.

TRUMP MORE LIKED THAN REPUBLICAN PARTY - EXAMPLE

Example shows when Trump is more liked than the Republican Party Candidates.  There is evidence for this.

OAKLAND COUNTY - EARLY VOTING

TRUMP MORE POPULAR

Trump is more popular than the other Republican Candidates by 7%, even in Democrat precincts.

TRUMP LESS POPULAR

Trump is less popular than the other Republican Candidates in Republican Districts.

OAKLAND COUNTY EXAMPLE PRECINCT - 2000 VOTES

2000 Example Votes
  • Republican votes 45%
  • Trump 25%
Trump Candidate Vote minus Straight Party Vote = -20% (25% - 45%)
Trump lost to Biden by margin of 30%

Trump votes decrease as precinct votes more Republican, linearly.

OAKLAND COUNTY - EARLY VOTING

40,000 Lead for Biden
  • 20,000 Votes taken from Trump
  • 20,000 Votes given to Biden

OAKLAND COUNTY - ELECTION DAY VOTING

20,000 Vote Lead for Biden
  • 10,000 votes taken from Trump
  • 10,000 votes given to Biden

OAKLAND COUNTY EARLY + ELECTION DAY

Side-by-side early and election day voting.  Algorithm starts around 20%.
60,000 Vote Lead for Biden combined.

MACOMB COUNTY - EARLY VOTING

28,000 Lead for Biden
  • Trump Vote Reduced by 14,000 Votes
  • Biden Vote Increased by 14,000 Votes

MACOMB COUNTY - ELECTION DAY VOTING

5,000 Lead for Biden
  • Trump Vote Reduced by 2,500 Votes
  • Biden Vote Increased by 2,500 Votes

MACOMB COUNTY - EARLY + ELECTION

Side-by-side early and election day voting.  Algorithm starts around 20%.
33,000 Vote Lead for Biden combined regardless of large Trump support.

KENT COUNTY - EARLY + ELECTION COMBINED

Algorithm repeats in Kent County.  One precinct voted nearly 90% Republican with -65% votes for Trump.  More Republican precincts voted less for Trump, linearly.

WAYNE COUNTY - EARLY + ELECTION COMBINED

No algorithm detected.  Strong Democrat County, includes Chicago.  Trump did 10% better.

RESULTS

  • Algorithm: Moves Trump Votes to Biden
  • As precincts increase with a higher % of Republicans, greater % of Trump votes are transferred to Biden
  • The MORE the precinct was Republican, the more % of Trump votes are transferred to Biden in that precinct
  • The slope of the discount to Trump votes is the SAME for each county
  • Wayne County had no Algorithm detected

DISCUSSION

Mitt Romney would say, the pattern makes sense, since Republicans stayed Republican but no longer liked Trump.  This could be true, however, would show up as a somewhat constant % of Republicans across precincts not liking him as follows.

TRUMP NO LONGER POPULAR AMONG REPUBLICANS - EXAMPLE

This is what we would expect to see.

RED FLAG

Instead this is what we see.

DISCUSSION - ALGORITHM

DISCUSSION - WHY?

DISCUSSION - CONCLUSION

This predictable linear decline of dislike for Trump with increase % of Republican precincts MAKES NO SENSE, unless: A computer algorithm was in place to lower Trump's votes as a function of % of Republicans in a precinct (in this case linearly).
